True North in Come Sail Away
This month we are making cards and with the Come Sail Away Suite. This card could be used for so many occasions and comes together so easily.
Card Base: Cut Night of Navy 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Balmy Blue paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Come Sail Away Designer Series paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8
Attach Card Front (Come Sail Away print paper) to Balmy Blue card mat. Attach these pieces to Card Base.
Cut piece of whisper white 3/4 X 3 3/4. Stamp sentiment with Night of Navy Ink on whisper white strip.
Cut Night of Navy 1 X 3 3/4. Attach stamped whisper white strip to Night of Navy strip.
Punch end of strip at end of sentiment with triple banner punch,
Wrap banner strip with Baker's Twine (See picture for placement)
Attach banner strip to card front.
