Two strip Made with Love Valentine
Made with Love is the perfect paper pack for your valentine cards. This card design is a good one to use when you want to use two prints on your card.
Card Base: Cut Basic Black 5 ½ X 8 ½. Fold in half so the card front measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼.
Card Front: Cut print of your choice from Made with Love Designer Series Paper 2 X 5 ¼ . Attach this piece ¼ from the left side of the white card mat.
Cut print of your choice from Made with Love Designer Series Paper 1 ½ X 4. Attach this piece 1” from the bottom of the white card mat, overlapping this piece with the 2” strip you already attached to the white card base.
Emboss the white card mat with print papers attached with the Exposed Brick embossing folder. Attach the embossed card front to the black card base.
Use the largest square in the Stylish Shapes die set to cut a Basic Black Square. Use the next smaller size square in the Stylish Shapes die set to cut a Basic White square.
Cut a 2 ¼ square from Basic Black. Attach adhesive paper to the back of the square. Cut the open swirl heart from the Endless Loves dies set with the die on the front of the black square. Remove backing from the die cut heart and attach to the white square. Emboss the square with the Exposed Brick embossing folder.
Attach the embossed white square with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the black square. Attach both squares to the card front so it overlaps both strips of print paper.
Add 3 gold flower accents to the card front.
Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 4. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment from the Endless Love stamp set before attaching this piece inside your card.
Envelope Flap: Cut print paper 2 ¼ X 6. Glue the print paper to the envelope flap and trim using the flap as a guide.
