A flowery birthday card is not what you need for everyone. This is a card I made for my brother. The fun part is the sentiment on the inside. Read to the end of my directions to see the inside.

Card Base: Cut In Color 8 ½ X 11 paper that matches the In Color DSP your are using in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½. Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Whisper White paper 4 X 5 1/4

Card Front: Cut In Color print paper 3 ¾ X 5

Choose a circle die that is at least 2’ in diameter, any size that will show the goat. Die cut circle in print paper card front in place you want the goat to show through. Stamp the goat on White card mat in place where it will show through in a circle cut on your card front. (The easiest way to do this is to lay the print paper on white card mat and draw a VERY LIGHT pencil mark around the circle opening.) Stamp the goat in the center of the circle, let ink dry and erase your pencil mark.

Attach stamped white card mat to card base. Adhere print paper card front to white card mat with dimensionals.

Stamp sentiments for card front on Whisper White paper. Die cut with circle. Die cut matching solid color scalloped circles. Attach scallop circle to white circle. Attach both circles with sentiments to card front. Adhere in-color enamel dots.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment on whisper white. I cut a strip of sample paper I used on card front ½ X 5 ¼ and attached it to the top of the white insert. Then attach this piece inside your card.
