Wildflower Birthday Number Circle card

A birthday card personalized with age of the recipient is a great way to make a birthday special. Wildflower Birthday suite has great papers and a set of number die cuts perfect to make a special birthday card.

Card Base: Cut Pretty In Pink 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Pool Party paper 4 X 5 ¼.

Card Front: Cut Pretty In Pink & White plaid print from the Wildflower Birthday paper pack 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Attach the card front paper to the Pool Party card mat. Emboss both the card mat and card front with the Dashing Designs embossing folder. Attach the embossed card front/card mat to the Pretty In Pink card base.

Attach adhesive paper to the back of Pretty In Pink paper. Use the number dies from the Birthday Celebration dies to cut the number of the birthday being celebrated. Use circle dies from Spotlight on Nature to cut a 2 ⅜ circle from Basic White. Remove the adhesive paper backing from the numbers you cut and attach the numbers to the white circle. Attach this circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals in the lower right corner of the card front.

The Wildflower Birthday paper pack has a variety of die cuts. I used the group of balloons and the single balloon together, attach the balloons to the embossed card front with Stampin Dimensionals to the right of the circle with numbers. You could also use the bouquet of flowers from the die cuts for the card front too.

Add 3 Pool Party embellishments from the Party Dots pack.

Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 4. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp sentiment from Sketched Butterflies with Pretty in Pink ink before attaching this piece inside your card.
