Covering your envelope flap
Using pretty paper that matches your handmade card is a great way to let someone know that there is something special inside the envelope. It is so easy to do and is a wonderful way to use those paper scraps.

I love the sentiment for this card. It is always a good time to let someone know you are thinking of them. This paper is from the new Coordination Product release from Stampin' Up? These products are available for a limited time. There is a whole page of fun print umbrellas, read to the end of my directions to see some of the other umbrella prints I used in cards.
How pretty is this card? I think my favorite part is the sentiment. I made this card for a fellow Stampin' Up demonstrator who reached an amazing career sales number. There are so many reasons we can celebrate others. Find a reason and send them a card.
I love the Peaceful Poppies suite. This card front is just one of the beautiful papers in the paper pack.
I got to make bookmarks with a lovely 5th grade class. It was so fun to teach them how to make this bookmark. This bookmark is a great use of your scraps and it makes a nice gift to add to a card.
Have you seen the papers in the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper? They are stunning. I used a poppy from one of the papers as the feature on this card. The card goes together quickly and delivers a big impact.
Isn't this a fun color for a heart card? I used embossing folders 2 ways on this card. The card front is embossed and the silver background heart is also embossed. The pretty heart on the front was the easiest part, it is punched from one of our pretty papers.
This Valentine has a bit of shine. The hearts have almost a metallic glimmer. The silver foil has been embossed to add a little texture.
