Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Cut 8 1/2 X 11 whisper white card stock in half to make card base

2. cut gold foil paper 4 1/8 X 5 3/8 to make mat, attach to card front

3. Cut whisper white 3 7/8 X 5 1/8; emboss with modern mosiac embossing folder

4. Stamp Happy Anniversary on white card stock, punch out image

5. Cut gold fold paper 1 7/8 X 3; punch with scallop tag topper punch

6. attach stamped image to front of punched tag; attach gold ribbon to tag

7. attach tag to front of card
