Trimming the Town Houses |

T he Trimming the Town suite of products makes it easy to make Christmas cards. This card doesn’t even need stamping.
Card Base: Cut Misty Midnight 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Whisper White paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: All print papers for card front are from Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper pack.
Cut Star paper 2 X 5 ¼
Cut Trees paper 3 X 5 ¼
Cut Whisper White 2 X 5 ¼
You will die cut these pieces and attach to the Whisper White card mat.
Use the die that looks like a mound of snow without trees to cut the tree paper and the white paper pieces. This picture shows the approximate size of each end of the paper.
You can lie the die on the paper to get the size you need for each piece.
Attach the blue stars paper to the top of your white mat.
Attach the cut tree paper to mat with the lowest end of cut paper at the edge of blue stars.
Emboss white die cut piece and attach to bottom of white mat.
Die cut houses and pine trees. I fussy cut mine because I like to fussy cut.
Attach houses to the card front. Attach card front to Misty Moonlight card base.
Attach a pine tree to card front with dimensionals. Add some glimmer to the pine tree with Wink of Stella brush.
Cut out sentiment and attach to the card front with dimensionals.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
