Oh Snap birthday card |
|
H ow fun is this card? I stamped the crocodile & bird on print paper and cut them out.
Card Base: Cut Granny Apple Green 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Rich Razzleberry paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Basic White paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛
Stamp crocodile with black ink on the green plaid in the Berry Delight paper pack. Fussy cut (cut around the stamped image) the stamped crocodile. Stamp bird with black in on the Rich Razzleberry print paper in the Berry Delight paper pack. Cut out body of the bird.
Place the crocodile on white card front to set up where the two sentiments and bird should be stamped. Stamp sentiments with black ink on the white card front.
Attach stamped white card front to Rich Razzleberry card mat. Attach these to the Granny Apple Green card base. Attach plaid crocodile to card front with Stampin dimensionals. Attach bird body on stamped bird image with dimensionals.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
