Let It Snow Whimsy & Wonder card |
|
C ombine this pretty snowflake paper from Whimsy & Wonder paper pack with a Wonderful Snowflake to make an easy Christmas card.
Card Base: Cut Blushing Bride 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic Gray 4 X 5 ¼ . To make best use of your paper, you can cut the gray circles for your card front from the mat before attaching the mat to the card front. I used the Layering Circles dies, the 2 ⅞ circle to go under the snowflake and the scallop that goes with the 1 ⅛ circle that I used to cut out the Let It Snow sentiment.
Card Front: Cut snowflake paper from Whimsy & Wonder paper pack 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Attach snowflake paper to the Basic Gray card mat. Attach these to the Blushing Bride card base.
Stamp Let It Snow with Basic Gray ink on Basic White paper. Cut it out with the 1 ⅛ circle from the Layering Circle dies. Attach the Basic Gray scallop circle that you cut from your mat.
Attach the large circle you cut from your Basic Gray mat to the card front. Add a Wonderful Snowflake to the center of the Basic Gray circle with glue dots or liquid glue. Add the matted Let It Snow circle over the center of the snowflake with dimensionals.
Add 3 rhinestones to the card front.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
