Cow jumped over the moon slider card |

T his baby card is a slider card, the cow moves all around the moon.

If you have not made a slider card before, watch the Stampin' Up! video on You Tube. There are a number of videos on You Tube that can be helpful.
Cut an 8 1/2 X 11 Pool Party in half to make a card base. Cut another piece of Pool Party 4 X 5 1/4.
Cut another piece of Pool Party 1 X 4, emboss this piece using the Lucky Stars embossing folder.
From the Little Foxy paper stack, cut a piece of the gray with with dots 4 X 5 1/4, attach to Pool Party piece of the same size.
Use the circle piece from the Sliding Star to cut a the circle shape near the top of the gray 4 X 5 1/4 piece. You will need the outside piece and center circle for your card, save the middle circle to help line up the pieces later.
Place 3 foam strips on the back of the gray piece;
1 at the top, not too near the cut out circle
1 at the bottom
1 in the middle, not too near the cut out circle
Place foam strips on back of center circle
Attach the larger gray piece centered on the Pool Party card base.
Attach the center circle to center of cut out, use the middle ring to make sure the center is placed in the correct spot.
Stamp the cow with black ink on Whisper While card stock. I colored in the spots on the cow with a black Project Life journaling pen. Cut the cow out, I cut off the plant in the cow's mouth.
Stamp Welcome Baby with Basic Gray ink on Whisper White cardstock. Punch out with bottom punch of Diet Banner punch.
Punch out top banner from Basic Gray cardstock.
Attach white banner to gray banner.
Wrap silver metallic thread around one end of 1X4 embossed Pool Party strip. Adhere to bottom of card front. Adhere banner piece to Pool Party piece at bottom of card.
Use moon framelit to cut moon from scrap of Silver Glimmer paper. Use star border punch to punch out stars from silver foil paper.
Attach moon & stars to center circle. You could add more stars to card front.
Use dimensionals and 2 washers to make the cow into the spinning component of the card. Attach spinner by lining up washers with opening in the card.
