T his card is all about Pretty in Pink. I used pieces from the June 2024 Paper Pumpkin kit plus some coordinating Stampin’ Up! products to make this pretty card.
Paper Pumpkin Kit: June 2024
From your kit you will need:
Die cut glitter congratulations
3 embellishments
Vellum backing piece
Pretty in Pink card base
Additional Stampin’ Up materials used:
Two Basic White cardstock cut to 4 X 5 ¼
Pretty in Pink cardstock cut to 5 ½ X 8 ½
Pretty in Pink blends
6” Pretty in Pink Bordered Ribbon
Eyelet embossing folder
Card Directions:
Die cut Pretty in Pink card base to 3 ¾ X 5. Attach the Pretty in Pink piece to a Basic White mat (4 x 5 ¼).
Cut the Vellum backing piece in half lengthwise, at about approximately 2 ½ inches Save the other half for alternate card #3. Emboss one half with the Eyelet embossing folder. Attach this embossed Vellum piece to the Pretty in Pink card front, lining up the bottom of the embossed Vellum to the bottom of the Pretty in Pink card front.
Attach the Pretty in Pink bordered ribbon across the card front at the top of the embossed vellum, wrapping the ribbon to the back of the card front. Attach the card front to the Pretty in Pink card base.
Attach a glitter Congrats die cut to the Pretty in Pink ribbon. I used multipurpose glue, you could also use mini dimensionals.
Use a Pretty in Pink blends to color 3 embellishments. Add the embellishments to the card front.
I used a Pretty in Pink envelope from the kit for the card.
