Faith Collection Easter card |
|
T his is the Easter card our Care Team at church made to send to parishioners on their visit lists. This card was easy to assemble for our team.
Card Base: Cut Pool Party 5 ½ X 8 ½. Fold in half so the card front measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut Beach Boardwalk paper 4 X 5 ¼. Use the 4th smallest die, this die measures approximately 2 ¼ X 3 ¾, to cut the center from the Beach Boardwalk paper.
Cut Pool Party 2 ⅜ X 3 ⅞. Attach the center paper cut from Beach Boardwalk to this Pool Party mat. Attach the outside piece of the Beach Boardwalk paper to the Pool Party card base.
Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the Pool Party/Beach Boardwalk pieces to the center of the card front. Attach it so the pattern in the Beach Boardwalk paper center matches the outside Beach Boardwalk card front.
Use the cross dies from Faith Collection to cut two crosses from the Woodgrain Wonders paper. I attached an adhesive sheet to the back of the paper used to cut the detailed cross. Remove the backing from the die cut detailed cross and attach this piece to the solid cross.
Attach the cross to the lower edge of the center piece of the card front. Stamp “He is Risen” with Pecan Pie ink on Basic White card stock, punch out with the 3 Banner punch. Attach the stamped banner piece to the upper right corner of the center piece of the card front.
Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 4. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp Easter Blessings with Pecan Pie ink before attaching this piece inside your card.
Envelope Flap: Cut print paper 2 ¼ X 6. Glue the print paper to the envelope flap and trim using the flap as a guide.
