Layered Thoughts InColor cards

Layered Thoughts is a great stamp set with graphic fonts. I paired it with the 6x6 25-27 InColor Designer Series papers.

Card Base: Cut Strawberry Slush 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼.

Card Front: Cut 3 ¾ X 5. Attach the card front to the Basic White card mat. Emboss with the So Swirly embossing folder. Attach the embossed card front to the card base.

Use the Textured Notes Die set to cut a rectangle that measures 2 ½ X 4 ¼ from Basic White. Stamp birthday sentiment from Layered Thoughts with Strawberry Slush ink. Attach the stamped rectangle to the embossed card front.

Attach 3 Strawberry Slush flat pearls to the card front.

Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 5 ¼. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment from Turtle-y Sweet stamp set with Strawberry Slush ink before attaching this piece inside your card.
