Watercolor In Bloom (PP Dec 2025) alt. #3
The December 2025 Paper Pumpkin kit made beautiful cards. I used pieces from the kit to make this alternate card.
From your Paper Pumpkin kit you need:
Leaf print rectangle (cut ½ from top and bottom of this piece)
rectangle with leaf edge die cut (cut this piece in half lengthwise)
Green & Blue stripe card base (cut to 3 ⅝ X 5 ½).
Small white rectangle
rectangle with bronze stripes
3 bronze embellishments
Card Base: Cut Pretty Peacock 5 ½ X 8 ½. Fold in half so the card front measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut Green & Blue striped card base 3 ⅝ X 5 ½. Cut the rectangle with the leaf edge die cut in half lengthwise. Attach the half piece leaf rectangle to the back of the Green & Blue card front piece so that the bronze stripe is at the right edge of the card front (see picture). Attach the card front to the Pretty Peacock card base.
Cut ½” from the top and bottom of the leaf print rectangle.
Stamp sentiment from Charming Day stamp set to the white rectangle with Pretty Peacock ink. Attach the stamped rectangle between the bronze stripes on the next size rectangle piece from the kit.
Attach both rectangles to the center of the leaf print rectangle. Attach the rectangle to the card front. Add 3 bronze embellishments to the card front.
Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of Green & Blue striped card base ½ X 4. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment from Paper Tags stamp set with Pretty Peacock ink before attaching this piece inside your card.
